VanGemert2014_058wI’m a smartifier.

I help businesses and people do what they do smarter than they’ve done it before by using principles of neuroscience and social psychology. No matter what your business is, your processes can be smoother and smarter.

What does that mean?

It means everything from empowering teams with a little accessible neuroscience to conquering boredom to helping people create a better LinkedIn profile. If you do anything, you can probably do it smarter. It may be fixing the way you handle email. It may be addressing meeting structure. Every environment will have its own social and organizational ecosystem, and that system can be healthier. I make that happen. At heart (and with a couple of college degrees), I’m a teacher, a speaker, a trainer, and a storyteller.  I translate neuroscience into human-speak.
